The governor of Neuquén, Omar Gutiérrez, announced today that the province will host Expolagos Patagonia 2023, an important tourism marketing event, which will take place in September in the city of San Martín de los Andes.
“This event is the first binational luxury business conference that promotes tourist experiences and is held every year in a different place in the Argentine-Chilean Patagonia, with a full schedule of pre-arranged meetings,” Gutiérrez explained when presenting the event before European operators, within the framework of his visit to Spain where he will participate in the International Tourism Fair that will take place from January 18 to 23.
The provincial president specified that Expolagos will take place on September 4 and 5 in the city of San Martín de los Andes.
Meanwhile, the head of NeuquénTur, Marisa Focarazzo, indicated that this event will show the tourist offer and promote the commercialization of the Patagonian region, as well as diversify the promotion of the destination to new and emerging markets and generate new business contacts
In addition, he pointed out that "foreign operators will be able to find out in situ the offer of attractions and services of San Martín de los Andes and the Route of the 7 Lakes and create new communication channels and provide information to the media."
